the art of cheese

...er something like that. last night, i was lucky enough to attend a lovely fall cheese tasting at The Cheese School of San Francisco (loved the Humbolt Fog guy and his truffle cheese)! While milling around, I noticed a really cool poster of line drawings of cheeses. Turns out they were sketches of actual wire sculptures, by an artist C.W. Roelle, posted below. All measure to within a half-inch of 4.25" wide and 4.5" wide. They are 1" high, really nice intricate work:
